It was so cold for a while in Glasgow that the frost formed fine needle like stuctures and stayed for days. Landscapes looked stunning, and although the trees looked snowy, they were actually entirely covered in spikes of frost. It was minus 9 degrees celsius when I took these pictures!

The colours in the landscapes were fantastic and the ice crystals on the ground sparkled  with a multi-coloured prismatic effect – it was all quite surreal!
